Update,
The guy that owned all these primers came to my place last night asking if he could buy them back. He and his wife are going though a divoice and she was selling everything she could find cheap. I know the guy and had heard about the divoice after I had bought them so I know he was on the up and up. he's been going around town trying to find his other stuff.
I agreed to sell them back at the price I paid and he gave me 3 boxes of Federal primers.
