Guess I should've asked this before I ordered them but I recently ordered 2 A5's one is the GEN 2 (2015 model) the other is the regular A5 (2014 model) are these cameras pretty reliable? Feel free to posts some pics from these cams below.

I have the moultrie D-5 and they work great. I think the only difference is the A-5 is a 8 megapixel where the D-5 is a 4 or 5 megapixel.

Re: Moultrie A-5?

If I remember right, the A-5 (GEN1) uses C cell batteries and the GEN2 uses 8 AA batteries. Just one more thing to consider on them.

A5 is a little blurry but has decent trigger speed. but the only complaint here is the pic quality

I checked the A-5 GEN 1 today and was very pleased with the day and night pics. I put the GEN 2 out today also so we'll see how it does in a couple of weeks.

I just got an A7. I'll have to see how it does. What I heard here about the A5 it should be worth the money.
