I was blessed with a four bearded turkey thismorning before church. Basically he had a very vocal hen with him and I called her in which brought him right into my lap. I didnt really need the heavi shot this mor ing but it never ceases to amaze me how hard it hits them.

21 lbs 3 oz.

7" beard
6" beard

This has been an unbelievable year for me even though our turkey numbers are down in my area. My daughter killed a six bearded Tom on the juvenile hunt and then I killed a four bearded Tom. This morning I killed a six bearded Tom, my second six bearded turkey. This one has over 41 inches of beard! He was very light, only weighing 18 lbs, consistent of strutting instead of eating.
