Montgomery County Shooting Complex

Does anyone shoot out there? Just wondering how the facilities are. Is it hard to get to shoot at the 400 yd range or any of ther other ranges? My concern is that I am going to drive all the way out there to find out that I won't be able to get a spot. I don't hae anywhere to shoot 400 yds and I am really wanting to get some trigger time at that range.

Kids had shot the State SCTP tournament out there for years. Sure was a nice place. Somebody spent a ton of money on that place.

Jim, you will not be dissapointed. It is very nice. Opened on Thursday - Sunday I believe. I have been there several times, and get there at a decent time and you souldnt have a problem getting on at the 100 yard range. Everytime I go to the 200yd-400yd range, never had more than 2 other people there. Great range for $5

It was State, County, Private money, plus of sources

Many have gave money and time

Its actually had 1,000 high school students at one shoot

I have never had more that 2 others shooting on the 400 yard range
with me at the same time,
