Overslept again this morning (I'm getting bad about that). But decided to do a mid day hunt. Been in the stand close to an hour. Nothing yet.

Decided my mid day hunt was useless so I left the stand and did a little scouting. Won't be able to go tomorrow morning but the rest of the week I will be there. If I listen to my alarm that is.

hunted from 5:30 to 10:30 not a single deer seen. only heard one shot. hunted this place for 3 years now & this may be the only time i have hunted there & not seen a single deer.
 
Anybody have any feedback from Hickman County? Didn't see anything last Saturday, I think I can go for a morning hunt tomorrow unless something pops up at work.

I guess my body wanted to catch up on some sleep this weekend and I overslept my alarms. I've been good the rest of the time.
