I coach at a high school here in Alabama and tomorrow night we are having a baseball tailgate. From the day we announced it I had players begging for me to make them....so I did. Made quite a few, minus the three or forty I ate along the way.

Pretty easy actually. I use 1 pack of venison. Then add two cups of flour and two cups of shredded cheese. Then take my hands and mix then pat into small balls. Put in oven at 375. If you want to heat them up add in some chopped up jalape�os. Cook until they Look done haha usually ten minutes.
