ive tried many recipes, some i like and some i dont like. this one is a sure winner if you like a french style cheesecake. not real dense and not overly sweet, really good warm after cool down and firms up a tad more when chilled but not like a new york style. also has a short bread crust and not nasty graham crackers. it uses american cream cheese instead of french cheese but its still great.
follow this recipe if you like. add the 1 tbs of flour when you add the sugar. the author fails to mention that.
