Mixed bag

Some Cherokee green, Cherokee purple, Amish paste, first gurney giant, first eggplant and first Carolina reaper. I have a bunch more of the paste tomatoes. Gonna make eggplant Parmesan with that stuff.

looks good. eggplant parmesean was pretty good when i made it. kinda reminded me of lasagna where the eggplant was the noodles. time consuming salt sweating and pressing the eggplant though. i didnt plant any this year maybe again next.

I don't usually salt them just bread and fry
