Anyone have any experience with the millett tactical scopes or the long range scopes? How do the compare to the vortex viper? I am looking for a moderately prices mid range scope for my 260.

no experience with them
not sure what your budget is but you can find a good zeiss or leupold varix-3 or vx3 and have tactical knobs put on them

I have the LRS on a Savage model 10 that I'm planning on shooting 1000 yards with. I love it. Glass is good, mechanics are good. I did the box text for the mechanics and cut perfect. Big ass scope. Next time I wont bother with the illuminated retic. Too much glare internally.
