I just wanted to confirm this year is the same as past years where I only need to purchase a type 93 wma permit and have my leave orders to be legal for deer season. I will be hunting muzzleloader hunting WMA's in unit L.

It is a type 94 permit that you will need. With that and a copy of your orders you are good to go.
