Gundy was a great coach but fell way off and wouldn't adjust

Who becomes a multimillionaire quicker - govt representative or college football coach?

With most D1 coaches earning 2-20x an elected official annually, I suspect most coaches get to $2M quickest. Highest paid D1 head coaches get there in just a few games.

Just to update, PSU ex-coach raking in $154k PER WEEK over the next six years. I'd say James Franklin got the last laugh with $49M and a lot less stress.

very confused about Franklin's buyout. The number that had been widely reported for some time was $56M. Then suddenly when it comes to fruition it's $49M? What happened? Were there clauses in the buyout based on performance that allowed them to pay him less? Where did that $7M go? Not chump change.
