Migratory question

Got an email saying my migratory bird permit is up for renewal. I wasn't sure if this is part of the lifetime sportsmans or if they want me to renew the migratory every year so they know if I plan on hunting migratory birds each year.

It sounds like a computer generated email that was linked to your prior license status. If I understood your question correctly, it sounds like you are now have a Lifetime Sportsman's license. If so, you are exempt from the requirement of having a migratory bird permit.
