Mid Season Preference Point?

I can't find where to select a preference point for the midseason quota hunts? Anybody else had this issue?
Of course I waited until the last day to apply so it's a little late for me to ask TWRA but in the past it's always been an option to just select to earn another point I thought?

Login go to menu the 3 lines and then license catalog. The you scroll down to preference point I believe. I had to call TWRA earlier in the year cause I couldn't find it. I believe that is where they told me to find it.

You know they couldn't make it simple and put it under where you apply for quota hunts.

I swear I don't remember it being hard to find in the past but for whatever reason I couldn't figure it out this time…maybe it's me but this whole system is unnecessarily complicated IMO

It wasn't. They changed it this year for who who knows why....
