The glass in the Conquest is made by Meopta from what I have read.
I have three Zeiss conquest and have compared them with all my Leupolds including the new Leupold vx3i.
The conquests are better at gathering light, very sharp, wished I had all Zeiss optics.

The Meopta Meopro is probably on par with the Zeiss Conquest. Both are good mid level scopes.
The Meopta Meostar is a lot better. I have 3 of the Meostar R1 in 3X12-56 and they are awesome. I want to get a R2 when I can.
