Ok so I never thought about it before but I guess the secret (one of them) of really tender steaks is to age the meat.
Yes you can buy aged beef, but what about this?
Buy me a couple of nice looking ribeyes or something like that and put them in a ziplock bag with some kind of marinade.
Put them in the fridge for say, 3 days and then take them out and grill them.
Would that be a good way to age it so that it would be tender?
