curious as to how well the siberian and super sioux does in the heat. i read in the almanac that the siberian does well in cold wet climates and the super sioux does well in hot and dry climates.

you just gave me an idea for my fall garden if i can find some siberian seeds!!

I'll try to keep a good track of how they do and let you know.

This is a custom greenhouse for the area, so at least somebody has had success with them. The main reason is the early maturity. The goal is to make tomatoes from from late September through killing frost-so sooner the better.

I remembered you saying you had Jet Star, so I got some of them. Do they do well for you?

jet stars do great in the heat in my area. they are a good midseason tomato, but are not good for canning cause they are low in acid but you can do them just add more lemon juice. for eating, i like them. it takes them about 75 days from the size you got ther to picking tomatoes.

if i cant find any siberians or seeds this year i am definately going to put them in there next year. if i remember right, theyll handle temps in the 30's.
