Marlin evaluation

I purchase a marlin 336 serval months ago. It's it stellar condition. In obviously is in great shape. Didn't think much about it until the other day when I was messing around in the safe. It has a gold coin in the stock with a picture of a rider on an horse and says 100th year anniversary. Does this change the value?

From what I have heard/read it does not. But I maybe wrong
