Georgia's influential boosters are some of the worst in the country. That state is so full of talent that UGA could dominate college football the way Miami did in the 80s. Instead, over the last 30 years those boosters have been the driving force in maintaining a ceiling on the Bolldogs' potential.
 
my buddy said that Houston's Tom Herman has already agreed in principal to become Georgia's next head football coach.
 
Mtn cur, does this mean they are on your list of teams you like or off your list of teams you like? :smash:
Remember we limit how many teams you can like to 10 so choose wisely.
We will allow you to wait until the coach is hired to decide
 
Unbelievable!!! Richt has always seemed like a class guy and done things the right way. I hope wherever he lands Georgia is on the schedule and his team beats the brakes off the dawgs. Crazy and shocked when I saw it pop up on bleacher report.
 
And now Butch becomes the dean of SECe coaches :) !

We need to pounce on some of their recruits.

So, does UGA get Smart or Herman?
 
Don'tlook for Richt to coach anywhere in 2016. He most likely takes a year off, and may retire from coaching permanently. Unlike The Great Pumpkin , Richt has a life outside of football.

Can't be possible. He's a yankee and Ohio State's OC from 2012-2014.
 
Does not surprise me these days. Personally, if I was a UGA alumni or fan, I would have been ready for a change at the top. UGA absolutely can and should be better on the field. I think it's a sleeping giant. With the right coaching staff, look out.
 
Wow, see this as a mistake but who knows. I do like Richt, think he's one of the more upstanding coaches in the country
 
Wow not sure what to think of this.
They may start a tailspin for several years or with the right coach win the NC in the first year or 2.

I'm afraid Bama's assistant coaches are going to be prime targets for many of these openings.

What if a big school (say Georgia or LSU) tried to pick up Kiffin and Smart in some sort of package deal. That could send shockwaves through CFB.
