Magnum Blends through a Comp N Choke???

Anyone use this combo, friend of mine says it wont shoot good through it and I believe him but part of me thinks it might be a gun difference they all shoot different...I like the thought of No 5, 6, 7 shot in one shell but NO I won't pay for Nitros :grin:

TWO of the same gun will not pattern alike even with the same load/choke/barrel length.

You are just going to have to shoot some shells through your gun and see what it does at the yardage you have in mind to hunt within.

IF your choke is rated for Hevi-Shot that is.

Call Comp-N-Choke - not sure about their current chokes but they recommended NOT to shoot hevishot through their chokes a few years back. The one I have they said not to do it.

Had a Comp-N-Choke in my Benelli sbe, shooting mag blend. Was getting 150s in a 10in circle at 40 yds. Changed to a IC choke and Im getting 230s.

It's hard to tell unless you shoot some yourself. Yours may like that load while others don't.

Kinda where I'm at right now I'm not gonna buy another choke so I'll stick with Xtended Range no 6s
