Already put over 20hrs in. Only cought a glimpse of one deer though. Got winded yesterday morning, deer blew 4 times 30ish yards behind me. I walked through a bed of seed ticks and got covered. It was hard but I hung in despite the severe itch. Went back in the evening with no luck. Stepped on a copperhead walking out. Must have only got my boot. Kinda ironic considering the recent snake thread.
Got up and tried again. Was in the woods practically all day between stand hunts, still hunting, ground hunt % scouting. Found a new place too.
Enjoyed it and Alarm set for the morning!
