I bought a small farm last year and noticed that the adjoining land never had anyone hunting on it. I did some research the past couple of days and found out the owner lived in Idaho so I tracked his number down and called. We talked for a bit and he said I could hunt it all I wanted. I am fired up cause it is in a good area I actually killed a 120's 8 last yr that came from his property on to mine and most of my deer movement comes from that way. Probably the best cold call I have ever made.
