Louisiana Roux spoon

I ordered a wooden spoon/spatula from them about a year ago and it broke(on the right) a few months ago after just 2 or 3 uses. I decided to e-mail them last week and they sent me 2 new ones, a "tasting spoon" spoon and a cook-book to replace the broken one at no charge.
