Looking for small truck

Clay,Overton, Jackson area. Little brother looking for a Ranger sized truck. Not too picky on driveline or looks as long as mechanically good. Think he said no more than 7 grand if possible. Would probably entertain all vehicles as he is desperate for wheels.
Anyone have any leads?
