You may have to hit the Nashville stores. I'd call BPS first.
If all you own is a 30-06, loading your own will cost about 250-350 to start. Press 125. Dies 35.00. Brass 100 will run about 75.00. Bullets, Nosler Accubonds 50 for 30 bucks if you can find them, maybe more. Primers are 6 bucks per 100. Powder: Use IMR4350, probably 30 bucks a pound right now if you can find it. Manual, go online, Nosler is pretty good.
If you go with 50 loaded rounds, you are running 6 bucks a round. The more you shoot, the more the price comes down.
My 30-06 loaded rounds-all superior to the best you can buy (IMHO) cost me about 45 cents a round. My press and dies are over 20 years old. I get 6 shots per piece of brass. I buy primers in bulk (5,000) and I sure don't pay 6 bucks per hundred. My powder runs me 23 a pound average, about 115 rounds per pound.
