Looking for a TN Deer gunsmith

I am looking for a gunsmith that is a member of tndeer that would like to help me with a possible project. I was thinking of building a Rem 700 7mm weatherby mag. Now I might be blind if they aready manu this rifle, because I have been looking and haven't found one yet.
