Right now Boyds has a sale on their rapid-fire stocks. I bought two, was not happy but have previously purchased 5 non rapid fire stocks and been very impressed.

So, Boyds has about 6 I believe of the Ruger ACF stocks--take a close close look because no returns on these items to my knowledge.

Or you can custom order one for yourself.

This is my A-Bolt '06--I really like this

There's a ton of options on Amazon. I don't what you'd call a cheek riser but I do use stock pouches for my muzzleloaders to keep the charges and bullets in. They work pretty good.

All the options I saw on Amazon had crappy reviews and not finding anything specific to my rifle.
I doubt you find anything specific to your gun, everything is universal fit unless you get an aftermarket stock, made to do what you want, and you said you didn't want to go that route. How much are you needing to come up.

The rifle stock appears to be made for iron sights.. but is scoped on a rail, I'd assume an inch at least.

  1. A Accu-Riser Sporting Neoprene Cheek Rest Pad Right Hand Brown Trim

I bought one of these number of years ago on Amazon. When going to a 30 mm scope and a HS Precision stock I needed a little more height on the comb. Also the stock finish was what they called Granite which was very abrasive on cheek I liked it so much I put them on other rifles. I'm not sure if it's still the case but at that time they came in right or left hand brown or black.

If you want a cheap fix that works well get a slip on ammo holder for the stock then cut and slip pieces of pipe insulation or small pool noodle pieces under it. Just cut one side of the insulation so it saddles across the top of your stock. You can try different thickness and do some trimming until you get the exact height you want. Should have well under $10 in the whole thing.

I have one of the God a Grip. Very comfortable.
agreed, have one on my shotgun and one on my sons rifle. they are the best there is in the pad market imo

Plus the owner Michael is a super nice guy and will talk your ear off if you call him with questions lol.

Any recommendations for a Ruger American?
Every where I looked on line is either sold out or a lot of bad reviews.
Doesn't need to hold extra roundsI

I swear buy mine its pricey, but you can clean the gun without having to remove it every time. This is especially important to make sure it stays in the same place. consistency is key when shooting. BRADLEY ADJUSTABLE CHEEK REST. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
