Longtime Out of Stater Finally Moving to TN

I have been hunting in Tennessee for 20 years and recently accepted a job in the Memphis area. We have a family property in Benton county and can't wait to do more there with property management. I am a North Dakota boy currently living in Indiana that can't wait to embrace my new home. Paying in-state license fees will be nice too.
