Just like any fine cut of meat-Marinate in Italian dressing and wrap in bacon.

No no no, you are ruining the delicate flavor of the locust by covering it up with batter, oil, spices, chocolate etc. a light toss in a hot skillet with olive oil is all that any sane human being would do to enjoy the delicacy.

You have to make sure you let them cool a little before you bite into them otherwise they will squirt a hot molten lava like substance into your mouth, kind of like a microwave burrito. They are best if you snap the head off and suck the body. Basically, its the reverse of a crawdad. Kind of reminds me of eating stewed okra and tomatoes.
