I'm about 25 ft up in a climber with the 30-30. Limit is two deer only one antlered. Heard one shot barely at shooting light and just heard another. So far I've got this part of the woods to myself.

if its brown its down! Haven't seen a deer yet. Just heard gun shots and one deer blowing from a good distance away.
 
haven't hunted there in few years - buddy killed a nice 9 point & we have seen some good deer there. quit going after getting there early getting a good spot & people walking thru all morning
