Little River

Looking to do some trout fishing along Little Rive in Townsend. Its been years since I've been down there. I see they are supposed to start stocked again the 24 of Feb, are there any days I am not aloud to fish?
I know some places I fish for stocked trout are closed on Thursdays and Fridays...
