My BIL has his ML that he didn't clean since before last year that is still loaded. We cant get the breech plug out of it to save my life! What would you recommend to loosen it?
 
I would shoot the bullet out. If I had a deep freeze I would put the barrel in there for a little while and then take a torch to the breech. Probably not the best way but it has worked for me. Of course that would be after I've let it sit in Breakfree Clp for a day or two.
 
Spray it with deep creep or Kroil oil.

I wonder if he used any grease on threads before putting plug in.

One of the least known and best break free lubricants for rusted items is plain old Windex (you'd be surprised). It may also work on frozen breach plugs????
 
If you can shoot it try to shoot it 3 or 4 times real quick have your tools ready to try and take it out it heats the steel up it might come out. Has worked for me
