I get quite a bit of mine from http://www.southernexposure.com/. I like to get my seeds from places with similar climate zones as they are more likely to be well adapted for our region.

I poked around on the Victory site, if I remember they've been doing the heirloom thing for a long time, mite even be one of the oldest.

I'm look'n for seeds that were originaly from the south also, figured if they were bread to grow in this climate they would be my best bet, will check out the site.
