The weather didn't cooperate this weekend like I had hoped so I headed out on Saturday evening by myself for a few hours after tractor shopping with Dad that morning. I caught 13 including 2 SM over 4 and another solid one.
The weather cooperated, and I was able to get Lil Man out on Sunday evening for a few hours. We ended up with 11 total including a 6lb LM and a 4lb Ky or spot. I hooked the two big ones, and he wound them in. I thought that they were going to pull him in. :) He caught the smaller Ky in the picture that he is holding by himself. He absolutely loves it. The two big ones got to live to see another day even though he wanted to keep them all, but some of the smaller KY weren't as lucky as they made a good supper last night. Him (6yo) and my daughter (3yo) absolutely love fish. I am pretty sure that they are his favorite. I hope to get my daughter out with us maybe one evening this week with the warm weather coming. Good times.....
