Lighted Pins in TN ?

I don't have a law degree which seems necessary to interpret regulations, but are battery powered lighted pins legal in TN?

The closest regs I can find "utilizing artificial light capable of 'locating' wildlife". That doesn't seem to apply

Or "any electronic light amplifying scope… WHILE in possession of archery tackle". That seems to apply to devices detached from your bow

Anyway, can anyone help clear me up?

Sight lights are legal. They neither amplify nor shine light on the animal. The intent of the law as I understand it is directed at spotlights and night vision.
