Lifetime license, does it include OHV fee?

It says that it's an all inclusive license, does that include the new OHV retarded permit at the Cumberland, the North Cumberland WMA for life too?

I believe the comment above is incorrect. Where is this documented on TWRA's site? Also, is this for new lifetime lienses or existing? I have not seen this and have had my lifetime license for 20 yrs.

My post above was questioning the lifetime license covering all hunting permits. I get it that it doesn't cover the OHV permit.
