License question

I just purchased a Sportsman License (004) and intend to hunt the Cherokee National Forest. So, I do not need a permit for the Forest and with that type of license am I able to harvest antlerless Deer?
Plus, are the licenses issued for a calendar year, or a specific month from year to year? Could I spring gobbler hunt in 2021 with the license I just purchased?

TN license always expire at the end of February.

Better read the book on rules for CNF , I haven't seen a doe tag with a gun of any sort in forever.
