If you archery only hunt, am I correct in that I need a MZ license and Gun license to bowhunt during those respective seasons?

no. the archery license covers it as long as you hunt with a bow or crossbow.

No license matches what you are hunting with.
No. If you archery hunt all you will need is the archery big game. You will need a type 94 to take antlerless deer during the G/M/A season.
