License question - SCN

Having a discussion at work with some buddy's , if your license gets revoked for a year in the state of TN, would you still be able to hunt in KY or Alabama ? I could see it being both ways, but had no clue what the actual ruling was. Thanks for the info in advance.

Under the Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact (pg 12 of the HG), the revoked hunter would be banned from hunting for AL and KY plus around 40 other states.
