License fee increases

I saw where the license fees will raise mid-year. Any idea when the new prices will post? Doing the math right now to see if the lifetime is worth it before I buy another sportsman in a couple weeks. Thank you in advance!

They anticipate them going into effect on July 1, 2015. 2015 licenses purchased prior to July 1 will be at the 2014 prices.
