I have been trying to research if you have to have a specific bolt carrier group for left-handed stag and yes they do sell specific b c g for them but I'm also seeing that you can use a regular right-handed one and it so I don't know what to believe any comments?

You'd need a different bolt and bolt carrier. The other parts should work.
