I just don't think LSU takes a risk with Kiff. Think he may take a smaller job and then the big one comes in a couple years.
 
His employer said, "To keep your job, you have to do XYZ."

Les went, "Uhm, you know what . . . how about I keep doing exactly what I'm doing now and you like it."
