Leopard curs as pets?

Most all curs make good pets. Get them as puppies and let them bond with the fasmily.

Leopard curs are very good natured dogs.(That is toward humans) My meeks bred coon dog handles like a dream.I can call him off a tree and dont have to lead back to truck when done hunting.

Are we talking about leopard curs or Catahoula leopard curs. I have zero experience with leopards but Catahoulas make excellent pets and family dogs in general and they are EXTREMELY protective when it comes to strangers.

I agree on the Catahoula. We had one for years before it got killed by a car. Best dog I ever had. She would stay with the kids in the yard and not let them out of her sight.
