Legal Hunting Equiptment: Turkey

No Rifles or handguns, I understand that and why. Would that include a single shot pistol with a shot gun barrel such as a T/C Encore? With or without a stock? Help my out with this one, I have an opportunity to try one this up coming season.

IMO the pistol with a shotgun barrel does not meet the legal definition of a shotgun with total length and barrel length and would not be legal for turkey hunting.
