Leftover Permit Confirmation

I received a Leftover Permit Confirmation in my e-mail. Do they mail a permit to me or do I have to print the confirmation off for my permit? I thought they would post a printable permit like they did for the quota hunt I was drawn for but the only one showing is the one I was drawn for.

Last year was my first draw/leftover quota hunt. I just printed it out and kept it in my pack. The game officer at the WMA did not ask to see it when I stopped by to visit with him. I did not make a kill on that hunt (Still had an awesome time on new ground in new scenery. Going back this year with my best friend.). I may have needed it to check in a kill???
