Did the same to me multiple times. Charged my card each time as well, but quickly refunded it. Meanwhile the number available kept going up. Finally when I saw it go down again I quickly hit checkout and it let me get one.

All I saw was Catoosa that I already have. Oak Ridge arrow slinging and Prentice Cooper which is a tad bit outta my stomping grounds.
 
I was able to grab one leftover permit for my Son.
Does anyone know if it's a one-time deal at checkout?
I mean, I wanted to get him 2 leftover permits, but I added the one to the cart, with a lot of errors. I went ahead and checked out to secure that hunt. Then- when I went back to try and snag the second one, it wouldn't allow me to select anything.

I wish there was a way to improve the process, but I'm not sure how as of RN.

I was able to complete my purchase for one oak ridge permit. Now when I go in it will not allow me to add anything else to the cart. Maybe it's just one allowed? I dunno.
