What kind of led light bar do ya"ll use, needing one for my duck boat. pros & cons, how hard are they to wire up, read some reviews that said you would need a converter box or special wiring harness.

Any of them are fine honestly.
My son and I mounted one on his boat.
We just attached it to the bow of the boat, hooked the wires to an old extension cord and ran it to the back of the boat.
Attached one wire to the battery via nut and put a clamp on the other wire.
When he wants to turn it on he just clips the clamp to the positive post and off we go.
As for pros & cons, if you have something in front of you for the light to bounce back off of, like trees etc, they are great.
In open water where there is nothing for several hundred yards, they are worthless and I think you can actually see better with no light at all.

I have a elcheapo 22" light bar I ordered off of Amazon mounted to the front of my boat. It has held up well for 3 years. It serves it's purpose well.

I have 4 "Rigid 4 cube LED" lights on my boat.
The Rigid brand comes with wiring harness.

I would have to look to be sure but I think that is the same one we have on my son's boat.
