Who do you guys use for deer processing around the Lebanon area?
I normally do it myself but don't have the time this year to do it.

When is the last time you dropped one off there? Pretty sure they quit processing deer years agoTNDeerGuy":2z59dtjb said:I do my own, but I used and will again if get into a pinch, Houston's in Mt. Juliet. You do have to skin it, but that only takes a few minutes.

They told me $75 + $10 disposal fee. Did they charge a disposal fee last year?

I've had flowers summer sausage and snack sticks and it's really good. I did get the snack stick kit last year and made my own and was very pleased with it. Got the summer sausage kit too but haven't made any yet. It's a lot of workHeadhunter":1jusojw2 said:I do all my own, except for getting summer sausage snack sticks. I carry 20 lbs of clean meat to Flowers and get snack sticks, they are great and they do a great job. Mike is a good guy to.
