leave it loaded as long as you want but think about what happens to a can of coke when you take it out of the fridge. Going from real cold to warm can cause dampness.

I leave mine loaded until I shoot. Never had any issues. But I do take care to cover the muzzle and breach area when it is damp or raining.

Same here, it stays in my garage or truck. It may stay loaded for a week even after I've shot it and no damage to barrel.
 
mine is loaded year round, (with out a primer) at the end of the season I put it up, beginning of the season I fire it and the make sure its on zero. havent had a mis fire since I got one that used 209 primers..years ago..
