leaving a stand ?

I am going on a quota hunt this month, and my father-in law will also be going. He only hunts out of ladder stands. It's up to me to find hunting locations for our party. Is it okay for me to put up a ladder stand for him prior to the hunt?

Leaving any equipment, including tree stands, on a WMA unattended for more than 24 hours requires permission from the Area Manager.
