Lease wanted; ETN preferred

Looking to acquire a hunting lease on private property in East Tenn.
We,my son and I are looking to lease hunting property for the 2024 seasons and beyond. We have hands on experience in property management and maintenance and would love to help maintain or improve the land in which we lease. From fence mending,brush clearing and all that goes along with the maintenance of a property. We would love to help. We are archery hunters but do use shotguns for spring turkey.

that's how it used to be around here (Hardin Valley) now there are so many new people moving in with a different mindset. They will not even let you retrieve a deer on their property.
